You can purchase a Shorthand for Windows license from SWREG.
The SWREG service accepts web, phone,
fax or mail orders and payments using credit cards or checks drawn in US dollars.
Before placing your order, please note the following:

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail receipt
from SWREG within a few minutes.

You should receive your Registration ID by e-mail
in 1 or 2 working days (orders received before 5 pm PST Monday to
Friday are usually processed before 11 pm PST on the same day).

The SWREG service can only take orders and cannot answer any questions
concerning Shorthand. Any questions about the status of the shipment of
the order, refunds, registration options, product details, technical support,
volume discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses, non-credit card orders,
etc, must be directed to OfficeSoft.

Since you are ordering through SWREG and not directly from OfficeSoft, "DRI*Shorthand"
will appear on your credit card statement if you paid with a credit card.
